A reputable publishing house based in Beirut is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations.
Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist in coordinating office activities, and provide support to various departments as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Greet, welcome, and assist guests professionally
• Sort and distribute communications (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
• Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Answer and forward phone calls in a professional manner
• Multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range:
Between $600 and $800 USD, depending on experience
