– *Technical support officer *

– Quick Solutions (QSC) is a company specialized in developing custom applications to public sector. We are looking for a technical support officer who can fit the following profile:

– Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware (computers, printers, network…) and software (operating systems, software applications…) faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
Provide training of clients on applications implemented by the organization at clients’ sites.

– Working Knowledge:

Strong knowledge in various Microsoft Operating System (Windows XP, 7, 8, 10).
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access is a plus).
Good understanding of TCP/IP Networks.

– Work Experience:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support.
