1 – Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
printers, and scanners.

2- Installing and configuring server hardware, software, systems (domain controller,
hyper V & VMware, backup & replication, Antivirus & firewall).

3- Monitoring and maintaining computer/server systems and networks.

4- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

5- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over
the phone).

6- Setting up accounts for new users.

7- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

8- Testing new technology.
