A reputable factory in Fanar is looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional Production & Cost Control Analyst to oversee production processes, monitor stock movements between warehouses, control product costing, and deliver analytical insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in factory environments, particularly with the transformation of raw materials into finished products, and will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track production activities and workflows to ensure alignment with planning and demand.
• Monitor and document stock movements across multiple warehouses and production stages.
• Analyze raw material usage and finished goods output for efficiency and waste control.
• Check and update product costing, including labor, overhead, and material costs.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard and actual production costs.
• Provide regular reports on production performance, stock levels, and cost fluctuations.
• Identify and report production bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, procurement, and finance teams to align data and improve processes.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory and production data in ERP or manufacturing systems.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning related to production.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of factory production processes and product transformation cycles.
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
